The tot was born to farmer dad Li Jun, 30, and his unnamed wife, who live in Hejian city in central China’s Henan province.
But he was rushed to Tianjin Childrens’ Hospital on May 27 for surgery to remove his extra manhood.
The rare condition, the first for Tianjin Childrens’ Hospital, is called fetus in fetu (FIF).
Doctors, who spent over three hours removing the extra penis on June 6, said he was fine following surgery.
In February we marveled when doctors in Urumqi removed a parasitic twin from the belly of this baby girl. The rare abnormality has occurred again, this time with an infant in Henan province. The fetus in fetu was discovered after the boy was born with an extra penis on his back, which was removed in a three-hour procedure on June 6.
While the case was the first of its type at the Tianjin Childrens’ Hospital, doctors say that are not more than 100 cases of parasitic twins in the world, with ten of them in China. If all goes well, the child can be discharged in 10-12 days.
I just threw up in my mouth a little bit. It’s stuff like this that just makes me feel like an idiot because I can’t fathom how it’s possible a penis can start growing on your back. How much radiation do you think this little Asian was subjected to during his pregnancy? I’m guessing he used to live under power lines at least. They don’t mention in the article if he had a normal penis where it should be.
That’s sort of a vital piece of information. If that was his only penis and it was located on his back, they wouldn’t have removed that right? Imagine what it would be like to rock a back penis. The kama sutra would have nothing for you at all, totally gotta reinvent the wheel after that.
